Ronald McDonald Hospitality Cart
Located at Providence Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital
When families have a hospitalized child, they usually end up there with only the items in their pockets, purse or car. Our Hospitality Cart is designed to help fill those gaps, giving families access to items that make their days in the hospital more comfortable.
Families might find:
- Refreshments: microwavable breakfast or lunch items, water, juice, coffee and more
- Personal Care Items: individual toiletries, hand sanitizer, chapstick and hand lotion
- Small Toys, Stuffies, and Entertainment: puzzle books, coloring supplies and activity kits for children
- Comfort Amenities: phone chargers, headphones and earplugs.
*All items are provided to families of pediatric patients at no cost.

This would not be possible without the help of our generous community! Our Hospitality Cart is 100% stocked by donations and operated by volunteers.

On a particularly difficult day in the Sacred Heart Pediatric Oncology ward, the RMHC Hospitality Cart rolled in. Savannah gave us a warm smile and offered us anything from her cart…. Stuffed animals, variety of snacks and treats, crafts, small toys. My son picked out a couple fidget toys and a sweet treat. This small, kind yet impactful gesture brought tears to our eyes and a bit of comfort during a very heartbreaking time. Thank you RMHC INW for always thinking of ways to help make a family’s healthcare journey a little easier.
