The RMHC INW Emerging Leaders Board is dedicated to fostering the next generation of community leaders by engaging young professionals in the mission to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. Through hands-on volunteerism, innovative fundraising initiatives, and community advocacy, the board aims to raise awareness of RMHC INW’s impact while supporting its programs, operations, and the families served.

Commitment

As founding members of the Emerging Leaders Board, you’ll help build a strong foundation for our future. We ask for:

Your attendance at monthly board meetings 4x year for 2 hours
Actively participate on one committee
Quarterly event attendance
Support of board initiatives and activities
Contribute $100 annual dues
