The RMHC INW Emerging Leaders Board is a group of young professionals who provide hands-on volunteer experiences, strategic fundraising initiatives, and robust community advocacy that not only strengthens the vital programs and services of RMHC INW but also build a lasting network of emerging change makers dedicated to compassionate service.

The RMHC INW Emerging Leaders Board is dedicated to fostering the next generation of community leaders by engaging young professionals in the mission to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. Through hands-on volunteerism, fundraising initiatives, and community advocacy, the board aims to raise awareness of RMHC INW’s impact while supporting its programs, operations, and the families served.

Commitment

As founding members of the Emerging Leaders Board, you’ll help build a strong foundation for our future. We ask for:

  • Your attendance at monthly board meetings 4x year for 2 hours
  • Actively participate on one committee
  • Quarterly event attendance
  • Support of board initiatives and activities
  • Contribute $100 annual dues
