Work Group Projects

Looking for a meaningful team-building experience?

Gather your coworkers, community group, or club for a day of service at the Ronald McDonald House!

We’ll kick things off with a House tour so your team can learn more about the families you’re supporting. Then, we’ll put your group to work with a project that helps keep the House running smoothly—whether that’s cleaning, organizing, or tackling outdoor tasks.

We provide the supplies, you bring the helping hands and heart.

Offsite Opportunities

Many families arrive at RMHC Inland Northwest with little more than 24 hours’ notice—often rushing out the door without time to pack the essentials. Hosting a Supply Drive is a powerful way to ease daily stress for families and connect with your community, through one shared goal.

You can help by ordering our most urgently-needed items directly from our Amazon Wish List, or by gathering and delivering shelf stable pantry staples, gift cards, and/or hygiene essentials.

You see them every time you open up a soft drink or soup, sometimes even when you feed your pet. Those tiny little tabs are easy to overlook, but they can make a BIG impact on the families staying at RMHC INW. Once you have a collection of tabs, bring them over to our House to be recycled. Proceeds made from recycling these tabs will go toward helping care for families staying at the House. So let’s pull together- and get everyone involved!

Drop-Off Location: 1028 W. 5th Ave, Spokane, WA 99204

At RMHC INW, our families travel far away from their homes and communities to get their child the care they need. Your handmade door decorations help create a warm,  welcoming space that brings back a sense of home.

Door decorations are a great way for children to get involved in volunteering at RMHC INW, whether creating them at home on their own or gathering their school to join along.

Important Planning Tips:

  • Plan to make door decor for 34 rooms
  • Google and Pintrest are excellent places to find ideas
  • Please do not use loose glitter
  • Please remember that we welcome families of all cultures, beliefs, and customs, and therefore ask you to avoid religious content
  • Door decor can be made at your convenience offsite and dropped off at 1028 W. 5th Ave, Spokane, WA 99223 any day of the week

Make-A-Meal

There’s something special about a warm meal shared with people who care. At Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest, our Make-A-Meal program invites individuals, families, businesses, and community groups to provide comfort and nourishment to the families we serve.

Whether you love to cook, prefer to order from your favorite restaurant, or want to support our meal program through a donation—there’s a way for everyone to get involved. No matter how you participate, you’re helping to create a moment of peace and care during a family’s toughest time.
