Harper Beare

The Beare family lived at the Ronald McDonald Charities of the Inland Northwest for a total of 233 days. The family stayed at RMH to support their daughter, Harper, while she received chemotherapy treatment for leukemia at Sacred Hearts Children’s Hospital.

In the seven months the Beare family stayed at the house, we were able to get to know the family quite well. Unfortunately, Harper’s chemotherapy treatment was not successfully putting her cancer into remission. The Beare family received the option to go to Seattle for Harper to begin an immunotherapy trial treatment. This treatment successfully put Harper’s cancer into remission in just 10 days!

We are thrilled to be able to share this exciting story and update about an alumnus from the house, and her journey to a cancer-free life!

Please take the time to read this article to learn more about Harper’s journey.
